It’s our pleasure addressing here and talking about the company - Scott-Edil, visioned by Balram Kishan Aggarwal (Chairman). Owing to the result of our meticulous planning and marketing over the last Ten years, Scott-Edil has conspicuously delivered on all fronts and is about to reach a turnover of 500 crore. The company’s business is divided into four segments: Third party manufacturing, own product, generic marketing propogenda cum distribution and administrational business. Trust me; it’s just the beginning of “New magnificent Scott-Edil”, manufacturing catering to the world. We are well on track as a player that continues the saga of unsurpassed quality performance.
The growth horizons starting from 1996, there was no looking back for us and when it comes to the manufacturing and marketing of our core products- we rule.
I am confident of the company’s sustainable growth in manufacturing and marketing. Our Baddi unit has been conceptualized keeping the new era technology in mind. I am expectant of uninterrupted and steady rise in growth. Our state of the art, Cephalosporin facility is ready to cater regulated markets of the world.
Before I close down, I would like to express my gratitude to all my colleagues & subordinates without whom, we would not have achieved what we have… I also appreciate the Scottians who have made our visioned dream of Scott-Edil come true. I am sure that we are capable enough to work together to achieve the goals and live up to the vision of company.
During the last few years, we have entered into alliances with Abbott, Cipla, German Remedies, Lyka Labs and so forth. These alliances are healthy blends of advantage for both sides in manufacturing and marketing nationwide. Abbott has awarded us twice with best business partners for their contract manufacturing business in terms of services and supplies.
Our human resources will continue to be the most valuable asset in this pursuit of leadership and the prime driving force for our growth. We are careful enough not to lose our true assets- The Scottians. They are the most important part of our company and to retain and develop our people, we encourage them to attain a sense of belonging in what they are doing. We can say that it is the people working here that make it different from other organizations. We train our people to improve their skills and knowledge. We believe in upgradation of our existing human resource rather than appointment of new.
