The over all layout of the plant is designed as per latest technical know how for parenterals to maintain clean manufacturing conditions as specified :-
We have installed imported clean room panels which are of galvanised iron with powder coating. All the panels are epoxy coated and the corners are reduced with epoxy coving to maintain dust free room conditions. Independent air handing system fitted with 10 micron prefilters followed by 5 micron filters and finally terminally mounted 0.3 micron HEPA filters to get absolutely sterile filtered air are installed in classified areas.
Filters and Filling areas are designed for class 100 and manufacturing areas are up to class 1000 to meet international grades of sterile area.
Air changes are maintained 60-80 per minute in sterile areas and 20 per minute in non classified areas supported with germicidal UV lights.
Washing area is also facilitated with HEPA filters to get class 10,0000.
Powder filling section is facilitated with online dehumidifiers to maintain ideal filling conditions for dry powders.
Double Door interlocking Hatches are provided for materials as well as containers shifting to avoid frequent movements of workers and minimize the particulate matter as well as bio-burden. Floors are smooth with epoxy coating.
All the doors and windows are of galvanised iron panels with double glass flush windows in surface with walls and are having no edges.
